From Somerset PDP to Team Bath
Netty’s journey to ADC began with her involvement in the Under-15 Somerset Player Development Programme (PDP), where she honed her technical and tactical understanding of the game. Following her nomination through PDP, Netty seized the opportunity to attend a late trial with Team Bath, an experience that demanded confidence and composure. Her performance impressed selectors, securing her spot among the region’s most promising young athletes.
Balancing School, Club, and Performance Pathways
At King’s, Netty is a dedicated member of the High Performance Programme, benefiting from specialist coaching and strength and conditioning support. This commitment complements her club involvement and previous pathway experiences, creating a strong foundation for her continued development.
