King’s has been selected as the newest venue in the South West for the highly anticipated and prestigious Knight Frank Schools Triathlon, the largest sports fundraising event for children aged 7 to 13, on Sunday, 29th June 2025.
This incredible event promises to be an unforgettable day for both pupils and families, combining athletic challenge, teamwork, and a powerful cause.
The Knight Frank Schools Triathlon is open to pupils from both primary and independent schools across the South West. Whether a seasoned athlete or new to the world of triathlon, this inclusive event is designed to be accessible and fun for all.
Since its inception in 2015, the Schools Triathlon series has grown rapidly in size and popularity, with events across the country often being oversubscribed. As one of only 14 selected schools throughout the UK, King’s is delighted to have the opportunity to play host to such a high-profile event.
The Knight Frank Schools Triathlon is much more than a race, it’s an event that fosters teamwork and challenges young people to step outside their comfort zones. For many participants, it’s a chance to take on a multisport challenge for the first time, pushing their limits and building resilience. For others, it’s about striving for the top spot as schools compete head-to-head. Regardless of the motivation, the event supports a worthy cause, making every effort on the day even more meaningful.
Through their fundraising efforts, pupils will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on life-changing youth projects around the world. The funds they raise will directly support Restless Development’s initiatives, which are dedicated to empowering young people and creating brighter futures on a global scale.
