Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning follows a fully athlete-centred approach.
Sessions are based in the Sports Hall and athletes have access to other facilities and equipment, depending on the needs of the pupils and session.
Our mission is to nurture every physiological and psychological aspect of the child, enabling them to fully realise their athletic potential. Additionally, we strive to minimise injury risks and promote a lifelong commitment to active and healthy living
Each of the elements listed above are further broken down to ensure they are appropriately challenging for individuals at their respective age or developmental level.
Sessions designed to enhance skills may include sprinting, gym work, pool conditioning, and circuit training, in addition to activities within the games curriculum.
By challenging and improving these skills, we lay the foundation for achieving higher performance levels in competitive environments.
