Hockey
King’s Prep has an excellent reputation for the all-round development of pupils on the hockey pitch.
As a major sport at the school, we encourage players of all abilities to enjoy the sport. For many of our young players they find their passion on the pitch, with supportive coaches and teammates.
Competitive matches are played from Year 3 upwards and in each year group all pupils will have the opportunity to represent the school at their level.
Match days on our astro pitches are a thrilling affair, and parents are welcomed weekly to support and encourage all of those playing.
As well as an extensive fixtures list which includes tournaments for all, throughout the season we compete successfully in the IAPS competitions often securing recognition at a national level.
