King's College Prep School and King’s College are committed to providing a supportive working environment to all its members of staff, and we recognise that in order to achieve this it is important to attract, recruit and retain staff who share this commitment. In order to do this we offer a number of benefits to our staff including the following:

  • King’s Royal London Defined Contribution Pension Scheme for all staff including salary exchange (staff will not be able use the salary exchange if it would drop their wage below the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage afterwards)

  • Employees (VDU Users) may claim £25 towards the cost of an eye test and assistance towards glasses (up to a maximum of £125) where they are needed for significant VDU use and confirmed on prescription by an optician

* Physiotherapy sessions are based at King's College – charges are applicable

Access to on-site sports facilities at both schools including:
