The session content will follow the Great Britain Talent System Framework with a focus on the Principles and Phases of play - Out of Possession, In Transition and In Possession. Woven amongst this will be deveopment of the mental and physical skills required, as well as the highly skilled actions to be effective. There will be a theory element provided for the children to use and take away to help use throughout the hockey season.
