Huw is the creator of popular YouTube channel ‘HuwsNursery’ which teaches people about organic vegetable gardening and has surpassed 11 million views. This led Huw to win the Making Business Happen Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 award and co-present for ITV Wales Coast and Country 2017, giving seasonal gardening tips and advice.

Huw believes that our current food system is highly unsustainable and it is his passion to try and help to create a better future by changing the way we think about, source and eat food through inspiring pieces of content. One of his solutions is to educate the younger generations about where food comes from and this is a project he is working on at Llandovery College.

Huw values gratitude, perseverance and empathy in everything he does, and when often perceived as 'inexperienced' due to his young age, it drives him towards proving otherwise and his passion for sustainable food, in particular vegetable gardening, plays a key role in that.
