Sisters Embark on Three Peaks Challenge for Charity

Written by Flora and Imogen Keeling

This summer on 2nd and 3rd August we are taking on the Three Peaks 24 Hour Challenge. We start in Scotland, climbing Ben Nevis (1345m), then to England and Scafell Pike (978m), and finishing in Wales climbing Snowdon (1085m).

For those of you who know us Keelings, you may be surprised that we are not following in our brothers' footsteps by completing a cycle challenge. We have, however, been inspired by Arthur and Edward to raise money for charity and are determined to do this while having an adventure of our own.

With training underway, all that remains is for us to ask for your support in helping us to achieve and hopefully exceed our target. We are grateful for any donation you can give.

We have chosen this charity as it is close to our hearts. The charity, YoungMinds, is the UK's leading charity committed to improving the emotional well-being and mental health of children and young people. It is a worthwhile cause as so very often we can take our mental health for granted until something goes wrong. We strongly believe that it is vital to highlight the importance of good mental health and to offer support and care whenever it is needed.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money GIving is a not for profit organtisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

And so to our challenge...we're both very excited!
