King's Archives Explored

Fourth Form pupils from Carpenter House have been exploring the history of King’s College with Clare Lewis, our Senior Tutor.

Clare has been keen that pupils should understand more about the school’s fascinating heritage and has developed a programme for this year group. Called ‘My Place in King’s History’ the programme challenges pupils to discover more about the history of King’s College and their place in the King’s community.

As well as visiting the Archives, pupils have also been following the new archive trail and will review their own personally significant parts of the school. “Who knows,” says Alison Mason, the King’s Archivist, “we may be able to add some new spots to our trail in the future!”
