Sibling discounts
Reductions for brothers and sisters are as decided by the School Council. For any period during which brothers and sisters are boarders at the same time in Woodard schools, all except the eldest in each such family are entitled to a small reduction of fees. Applications for the remission should be made to the school(s) concerned.
The inclusive fee
The termly fee is payable in advance unless otherwise agreed by separate contractual agreement. If no arrangement is in place and fees are not paid before the first day of term the fee will be liable to a surcharge of 1.5% and further similar charges at the end of each month that this account remains unpaid. The termly fee is fully inclusive of all 'extras' of general application (eg meals, laundry, most textbooks and stationery). Full details of the current fee are given above. As much notice as possible is given of all increases and, whatever the inflationary pressures, every effort is made to make these on an annual basis only.
Payment of fees
Payment for each term's fees is due by the first day of that term. Any concession may be withdrawn if payment is not received on this basis.
