Drama lessons are never predictable - choreography by a genuine 'Bollywood' dancer inspired a group of fourth form bobys and girls in their preparations for an end of term performance of 'Haroun and the Sea of Stories'. A group of sixth form pupils adapted the classic Vonnegut novel 'Slaughterhouse 5' and then stunned audiences with their production. The Sunday Times National Student Drama Festival judge described it as 'a very sophisticated drama, imaginatively created.' It was no surprise that one of our recent pupils won a place at RADA.

Sixth form artists have been inspired by the atmosphere of St Ives and theg alleries of New York. A recent touring exhibition, at King's, of artistic pieces relating to Samuel Coleridge included the work of the head of the Art and Design department - underlining the value of being guided by a practising professional.

If you are musical you might find yourself singing in the Queen's Chapel at Windsor or the Duomo in Florence or playing in the haunts of the great jazz musicians in Barbados. Our latest CD was reviewed in the national press as 'an extremely good disc and throughout displays the high musical standards for which this school is noted'.
