Human Spaceflight and Microgravity Programmes
Libby Jackson has spent most of her career working in the field of human spaceflight operations. She currently manages the UK Space Agency's education programme for the British European Space Agency's astronaut Tim Peake's mission to the ISS, and before that was a Flight Director for the Columbus module, Europe's laboratory on the ISS.
Libby has had a life-long interest in human spaceflight and first dreamt of a career in this when she was 17, following a placement which included shadowing a flight director at NASA's Johnson Space Centre in Houston, Texas.
